Do we need a credit card to start?
No. You get 14 days of full access with nothing on file.
When do the 14 days start?
When your login arrives, not when you fill in the form.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your district administrator can set up billing at any time from the Subscription page, by card or bank account. Nothing is charged before the trial ends; after that, your plan is billed monthly until you cancel. If billing is not set up when the trial ends, access is locked for everyone in your district until an administrator sets it up. Your records are kept, not deleted: after 30 days locked, the district is made inactive, and you can come back later by arrangement with us.
Can we cancel?
Yes, from your Subscription page. Cancelling during the trial takes effect when the trial ends, with no charge. Cancelling a paid plan ends it at the end of the paid month, with no refunds. While your access is active you can export your records to CSV.
Can we bring our existing records?
Yes. We import your patrons, parcels, and shares from your spreadsheets when we set up your district.
